Terms of Service

1. Service Description

WhatsBot provides a platform for building, deploying, and managing WhatsApp bots and automated conversational workflows. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use WhatsBot only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or bulk promotional content without consent.
• Harass, threaten, or harm any individual or group.
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt our platform.
• Use the service to distribute malware or engage in phishing.

3. WhatsApp Compliance

You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of WhatsBot complies with WhatsApp's Business Policy and Terms of Service. WhatsBot is not affiliated with or endorsed by Meta or WhatsApp. Violations of WhatsApp's policies may result in account suspension by WhatsApp independent of any action taken by WhatsBot.

4. Payment Terms

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension of your account. Taxes are your responsibility where applicable.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WhatsBot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

6. Intellectual Property

All platform software, designs, trademarks, and content are the property of WhatsBot or its licensors. You retain ownership of any content you create using our platform. You grant WhatsBot a limited licence to host and process your content solely to provide the services.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. WhatsBot may suspend or terminate your access immediately for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases. We will retain your data for 30 days post-termination, after which it will be deleted.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and, where applicable, the laws of the jurisdiction in which WhatsBot operates. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
